Larry Amartei Amartey
Senior Fellow
Larry Amartei Amartey is a Senior Fellow of the Manchester–Oxbridge Partnership, where he helps turn academic collaboration into real-world impact. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MSc in Major Programme Management from the University of Oxford, specializing in appraising and managing large public infrastructure projects and systems engineering. Currently, he's pursuing a PhD with specialisation in Development Economics, Policy and Sustainability at the University of Manchester. In his role, Larry coordinates the Partnership’s activities across the three universities, ensuring all collaborative efforts are strategically aligned and deliver meaningful results.

Dr Erla Thrandardottir
Senior Fellow
Dr Erla Thrandardottir is a Senior Fellow of the Manchester–Oxbridge Partnership (MOP) and a Lecturer in Global Development at The University of Manchester’s Global Development Institute. Her research focuses on governance, NGO legitimacy, trust, and accountability—how public-interest organisations earn and sustain credibility in complex environments. She completed her PhD at The University of Manchester, including doctoral research on NGO legitimacy and public justification. Within MOP, she supports evidence-led, non-partisan work by helping teams strengthen ethical governance and translate complex issues into clear decision options.

Dr Admos Chimhow
Senior Fellow
Dr Admos Chimhowu is a Senior Fellow of the Manchester–Oxbridge Partnership (MOP) and a Senior Lecturer at The University of Manchester’s Global Development Institute. He also serves as Associate Dean (Postgraduate Research) in the Humanities Dean’s Office. His work focuses on national development planning, sustainable development, and agrarian change and land reform, with deep expertise in Africa and the Global South. Dr Chimhowu holds a PhD from The University of Manchester
